Sabrina Borocci is an EU-qualified lawyer, expert in litigating EU Law and Regulation issues, with over 25 years of experience. She has a particular focus in Competition/Antitrust and Consumer Law, with a deep knowledge of any new EU rules including AI and ESG, and, more widely, European Law, both in the transactional space (merger control) and in the litigation and investigation space. In the competition space, she focuses on cartel and abuse of dominance investigations and litigations in various industries and merger control filings. She moreover provides assistance in internal antitrust audits and public enforcers' investigations (including dawn raids) and requests for information. Sabrina advises also clients on compliance with the competition rules in a wide range of commercial agreements, including distribution and agency agreements, long-term supply agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Sabrina's practice also encompasses regulatory matters with a specific focus on compliance with European law across member states with specific focus on life science and telecommunication, where connection with IP rights (patents) is of essence, as well as assistance with regulators and public authorities.
