Richard Browne is a partner in our global M&A and Corporate practice team based in London. Richard acts for a number of FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and other international corporates in relation to governance and disclosure matters, public takeover bids (both hostile and recommended), auctions and other private sale and purchase transactions, joint ventures and the full range of equity capital markets transactions (including IPOs, rights issues, placings and accelerated book-builds). Legal 500 described Richard Browne as "pragmatic, very responsive and technically excellent".
