Michael Evans brings extensive tech regulatory, IP/IT and commercial contract expertise together in the context of tech-intensive transactions and strategic commercial projects. Michael joined White & Case from another leading international law firm. Michael has advised a range of clients on the technology, IP/IT and data aspects of their transactions and projects, including: Octopus Energy, Fujitsu, Mars, Cazoo, LSEG, the National Bank of Greece, TotalEnergies and a range of Private Equity firms. Michael has extensive in-house experience having been seconded to Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Tesco and Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation).
