Maciej Zalewski Bio

Maciej Zalewski focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on Polish and international M&A and complex real estate transactions such as construction investments, project financing, procurement and arbitration. His experience also includes advising on large public and defense procurements, offset projects and industrial cooperation programs. Clients who have benefited from his knowledge and experience hail from a range of business sectors, including technology, IT, private equity, defense, retail, infrastructure, logistics, real estate and renewable energy. Maciej supervises the Aerospace and Defense practice in the White & Case Warsaw office.
