Javier Monzón Bio

Javier Monzón is a partner in the Firm's Global Private Equity Group in Madrid. His practice is focused on cross-border and domestic private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructurings and general corporate matters. He also has experience advising corporates and investment institutions, capital markets transactions in in Spain. Javier has over 20 years of experience, including a secondment to the securities division of Goldman Sachs in London in 2008. Javier has been member by Chambers and Partners for 8 years as an expert in Corporate M&A.
