Fraser Galloway Bio

Fraser is a partner in our Global M&A practice. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and private equity transactions across a broad range of industry sectors. Fraser has been based in the United Arab Emirates since 2017, prior to which he practised at another global law firm in London. He spent a year on secondment in DP World's Head Office legal team. Fraser was recognised as 'Young Lawyer of the Year' by the ALB Middle East Law Awards 2022.
