Emmie Jones Bio

Emmie is a partner in our London private equity team and co-head of the Firm's fast-growth practice. She advises clients on the structuring, negotiation and execution of highly complex, cross-border transactions across multiple sectors but with a particular focus on technology and fast-growth companies. Emmie has extensive experience advising founders, growth investors, private equity houses and corporate venture capital providers on their investments as well as on acquisitions, disposals and management equity deals.
