Darragh Byrne Bio

Darragh is Chair of the Firm's Global Client Council and leads the Firm's efforts with Key and Priority Clients. His practice focuses on private and public M&A for global clients in a range of industries. Darragh also has significant capital markets expertise and has advised on a range of international capital raises across the Nordic region. Dual qualified under English and Swedish law, he has played a leading role in significant deals for corporate clients both in Europe and globally. Darragh also advises clients on investigations, special situations and white collar matters and focuses on sustainable relationships with clients who turn to his experience and judgement for complex, sensitive and strategic matters.
