Carlos Daroca Bio

Carlos Daroca is a partner in the Firm's Global Corporate M&A and Private Equity Group in Madrid. He has participated in many of the most significant Private Equity and M&A transactions executed in Spain over the last twenty-two years. Carlos has extensive national and international experience representing companies, funds and credit entities on a wide range of transaction and corporate matters. Carlos is consistently recognized by the most reputable legal directories and has been shortlisted as one of the Top M&A lawyers in 2024 in Spain by Mergerlinks. He is a professor of Private Equity and M&A since 2017 at IE University (Madrid).
