Alicia is a partner of the Firms Global Real Estate Industry Group and Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice based in the Sydney office. Alicia has over 30 years specialist real estate knowledge gained structuring and executing on a wide range of complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, property-related restructuring, turnaround and insolvency matters, funds investment and establishment and M&A. She advises developers, owners and investors, including private equity and public companies, across all sectors and asset classes including renewable energy, infrastructure, data centres, student housing, hotels and hospitality, industrial, commercial, retail and large scale mixed-use developments in Australia and Asia. Alicia regularly works closely with our domestic and international M&A, funds, project delivery and finance and FRI teams in relation to transactions where real estate is a key component of the transaction, providing advice and support and synthesising legal and commercial knowledge. Alicia's expertise as a real estate lawyer has been recognised by her being named in Doyle's Guide, Best Lawyers, Chambers Asia Pacific and Legal 500.
