Timo has advised on some of Finland’s largest transactions for the past two decades and his record of accomplishment includes private transactions, as well as public tender offers and mergers. Timo is dual qualified in US and Finland and is also well-known for his skills in the field of cross-border real estate deals. He has advised a number of leading investors, guiding them through major real estate transactions in Finland.
