Robert Morrison is a partner in White & Case's Debt Finance practice, based in the Los Angeles office. Rob's practice focuses primarily on the representation of agent banks, senior lenders, lead arrangers, investors, private equity funds and other borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, private placements, direct lending facilities and leveraged acquisition financings, domestic and global in nature.
