Kevin Sullivan Bio

Kevin Sullivan is a partner in Weil’s Corporate Department and is based in New York. Kevin has more than 20 years of experience advising public and private companies, private equity sponsors and financial institutions on complex representation and warranty insurance and other insurance matters that arise in private equity, M&A, restructuring and other contexts. Prior to joining Weil, Kevin was a Managing Director at Aon PLC, where he was responsible for advising clients on all aspects of management liability insurance programs, inclusive of directors and officers, general partnership, employment practices, errors and omissions and pension trust liability coverages. Kevin received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Writing and Legal Research, Alumni Award and the Commencement Leadership and Service Award. He received his B.A., cum laude and Phi Alpha Theta, from the College of the Holy Cross. He also completed an Executive Program at Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
