Robert Rizzo is a partner in Weil’s market-leading Private Equity practice, based in New York. Since he started practicing in 2004, Robert has focused on representing private equity sponsors in the full range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate carve-outs, growth equity investments, SPACs, work-outs, and debt and equity financings. Robert also regularly represents portfolio companies of private equity clients with respect to all their corporate needs, including acquisitions and financings.
