Matthew Crowe is a corporate and M&A attorney who provides closely held businesses, nonprofits, borrowers, lenders and health care providers with practical solutions for their complex corporate matters – including joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, general contracts and corporate matters. Driven by private equity and industry consolidation, one area of Matt’s practice that is expanding rapidly is his representation of purchasers and sellers of dental and veterinary practices, as well as long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Matt has significant experience in handling private equity and “roll-up” transactions, through which a purchaser’s business model is to selectively acquire several health care practices.
