Adam Shapiro Bio

Adam Shapiro is a partner in the Executive Compensation and Benefits Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and executive employment arrangements. Mr. Shapiro received a B.A. from Cornell University in 1993 and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1996, where he was an articles editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable John C. Lifland of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey from 1996 to 1997.
