Lucy Jenkins is an accomplished member of V&E’s Finance practice with extensive experience in domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions. A trusted advisor, Lucy excels at helping clients navigate complex transactions from start to finish. She acts for a wide range of clients, including banks, private equity houses, corporate, and portfolio companies, and has in-depth knowledge of a multitude of financing types including senior, senior/second lien, senior/mezzanine, high yield bridge, super senior RCFs and TLBs. Lucy advises on the financing aspects of private acquisitions, public to private transactions and IPOs. She works with clients throughout the life of a financing and she regularly handles amendments and extensions, refinancings, add-on transactions, disposals, local facilities, trade financing, reorganisations, debt-buy backs and restructuring. In addition to her client work, Lucy is active in the V&E London office’s Women’s Initiative program, which works to attract the best and brightest women lawyers, foster their career development, and promote their advancement.
