As the chair of the West Coast Corporate Group, Bret Siciliano leads a multidisciplinary team that handles a wide range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private placements, and joint ventures. Bret’s primary practice focuses on corporate transactions—specifically, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and strategic joint ventures. Bret regularly assists the firm's Real Estate Group, managing real estate transactions and commercial leasing deals. He is also a key member of the firm's top-tier Advertising and Marketing Law Group, overseeing transactional advertising matters, including endorsement contracts and licensing, distribution, and marketing agreements. Bret is heavily involved in running the firm's Los Angeles office, where he sits on the office's hiring committee and helps coordinate its summer associate program. He is also a member of the firm's steering, audit, and legal opinions committees. As a longtime member of the Los Angeles office, Bret advises fellow attorneys on handling clients' business concerns and helps build the communal culture of the office.
