Timothy Gordon is a member of the Business and Corporate Services Team, focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counseling and representation. He represents public and private U.S. and multinational companies and private equity firms in a variety of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic investment transactions. He serves clients in a variety of industries including financial services, mortgage services, railroads, industrial products, chemicals and energy. Tim has significant experience representing underwriters in issuing representation and warranty insurance. He formerly served a seven-month secondment with an international specialist insurer, assisting underwriters with M&A representations and warranties.
