Scott Alfree Bio

Scott is a partner and member of the Health Care Practice Team. He focuses his practice in corporate and business law with an emphasis on health care law and life sciences, including all aspects of physician and hospital law, third party reimbursement, and public and private health care financing. Scott provides counsel on mergers and acquisitions, finance, securities, real estate development, construction contracting and succession planning. Scott is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
