Greg is a member of Varnum’s corporate and mobility practice teams. He has extensive experience representing private equity firms, family offices, management groups, strategic investors and shareholders in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of assets and equity. Greg also works closely with subsidiaries of foreign-owned companies to help them establish and grow businesses in the United States. Greg provides advice and support in connection with the negotiation of commercial contracts, the establishment of joint ventures and the raising of debt and equity capital. Greg also represents companies engaged in the development and commercialization of emerging mobility technologies to manage risk in their contractual relationships.
