Wayne Bradley is a corporate partner with a national and international practice. He focuses his practice on advising public and private companies in connection with a variety of strategic matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, as well as other transactional matters. He also works with clients on financing transactions, distress, a variety of commercial contracts, and general corporate matters. Wayne assists clients in a broad array of industries, including paper and corrugated, poultry, aviation and aerospace, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, apparel, automotive and service, among others. He has extensive experience representing founder and family owned businesses and companies that are based outside the U.S. in connection with their U.S. operations and transactions, as well as advising clients in connection with transactions that span multiple jurisdictions around the globe. In addition, Wayne often works with private equity groups, representing them in buying and selling portfolio companies, or negotiating with private equity groups on behalf of other clients.
