Rene Hansemann serves as outside general counsel to technology based and manufacturing companies that have a global presence and are Tier 1 suppliers. Her clients rely on her experience with commercial transactions, technology licensing and consulting agreements, and data privacy compliance. Her domestic and global work in industries such as automotive and manufacturing is also enhanced by her previous work as a commercial litigator and by her experience with GDPR and CCPA. René focuses her practice on domestic and international corporate transactions and real estate matters. She represents buyers and sellers in acquisitions, landlords and tenants in a variety of commercial leaseholds, and borrowers and lenders in financing transactions.
