Patrick Costello regularly represents private equity firms, private companies, and public companies in a wide variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate finance transactions. His experience also includes advising clients on general corporate and governance matters. Patrick has structured, negotiated, and closed transactions for clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, life sciences, media and entertainment, manufacturing, telecommunications, infrastructure, and retail and apparel.
