Patrick Bianchi Bio

Patrick Bianchi represents sponsors of all types of private investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, debt, and real estate funds. He maintains particular expertise in the formation and operations of SBICs, including with respect to SBIC licensing and regulatory matters. Patrick also represents institutional investors in connection with proposed commitments to private funds. Patrick is a member of the firm’s Innovation Committee.
