Michael Mccann is a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice. He has extensive experience with clients in a wide array of industries, including the energy, financial services, real estate, and retail and consumer products industries. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, corporate governance matters, and general commercial representations.
