Jeremy Levy devotes his practice primarily to mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Jeremy also helps public and private strategic companies with their corporate governance matters. He regularly counsels board members and senior management on the full range of legal matters, including fiduciary duty matters and organizational matters. Jeremy has successfully completed acquisitions and sales of companies in a wide range of industries, including staffing, health care, transportation, retail and consumer, food and beverage, communications, technology, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and entertainment. Jeremy is an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he teaches transactional drafting and mergers and acquisitions. He has also served as a guest lecturer on mergers and acquisitions at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Jeremy is an active speaker, having been interviewed by media outlets, including The Deal, and he has spoken at conferences and participated in numerous panel discussions concerning M&A topics.
