James Jumper leads transactions for public and private companies and equity funds in stock and asset acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, joint ventures, and strategic alliance arrangements. He also represents private equity funds, venture capitalists, and emerging companies in private placements, venture capital, and other capital-raising deals. Jay advises corporate boards of directors and other senior stakeholders on day-to-day legal issues in areas such as governance, strategic matters, contract review, and other commercial issues. He is experienced in sectors such as life sciences, health care technology, pharmaceutical, insurance, energy, and food and beverage, among others.
