Daniel Mcdonough advises clients across industries on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance matters, complex commercial contracting, and general corporate advisory matters. He also advises sponsors of private equity funds and strategic buyers in buyouts, co-investments, recapitalizations, mergers, and asset and stock acquisitions. Dan has substantial experience representing clients in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and counsels companies on financing, outsourcing, capitalization, buy-sell, governance, fiduciary duty, and other shareholder relations matters. He represents domestic and foreign companies in transactions in the United States and overseas, and has experience in corporate matters in a wide range of industries, with extensive experience in the retail, food ingredient, manufacturing, and software industries.
