Brandon Raphael practice focuses on helping clients navigate mergers, acquisitions, investment transactions, and sales of their companies. His clients include public and private companies, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies. Brandon works with clients across a wide range of industries, with significant experience representing clients in the technology, software, manufacturing, health sciences, health care, and consumer goods industries. In addition to his transaction-based practice, Brandon regularly represents and advises U.S. companies on day-to-day legal issues and general corporate governance, including negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements.
