Ann-Marie Notaro is a corporate partner, based in the Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on advising public and private companies, including many family/founder-owned businesses, in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and commercial transactions. Ann-Marie has extensive experience representing multinational companies in connection with U.S. merger and acquisition transactions and operations, and coordinating multidiscipline and multijurisdictional teams across the globe. Additionally, she often serves as lead outside counsel, managing the provision of all legal services required to meet a client’s needs. Ann-Marie is recognized in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for corporate/M&A matters in Georgia.
