Richard Le Page Bio

Richard Le Page is a partner in the Firm’s General Practice Group. He represents clients in the real estate and sports & entertainment industries on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, fund and joint venture formations, restructuring transactions and sponsorship matters. Rich also serves as co-chair of the corporate and transactional subcommittee of the New York City Bar Association Sports Law Committee.
