Audra Cohen Bio

Audra Cohen is Co-Managing Partner of the Firm’s General Practice Group globally and serves as a partner in its M&A and Corporate Governance Practices. She also serves as a co-head of the Firm’s Consumer & Retail and Power and Utility Groups. Audra has extensive experience representing clients on a broad range of merger and acquisition and complex corporate transactions, including public company mergers, private company transactions, spinoffs and joint ventures, and advising boards of directors on corporate governance and activism matters.
