He represents buyers, sellers, special committees and financial advisers in a broad range of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, growth equity investments and venture capital financings. He has advised clients in various industries, including the healthcare, fintech, renewable energy, consumer products, real estate and industrial sectors.
