Christopher Mann coordinates Sullivan & Cromwell’s global infrastructure practice and its sovereign finance practice. He is a core member of the Firm’s Latin America team and is co-head of both its international trade & investment/CFIUS practice and its Africa practice. Mr. Mann has over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of corporate and financing matters in infrastructure, natural resources and other sectors, including project development and finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, capital markets, strategic finance and restructuring matters. He has acted frequently for strategic investors and operators, sponsor and lending clients, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, private equity funds and hedge funds in equity and debt investments in the United States, Latin America, southern Africa and elsewhere.
