Ted Ziemer joined Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Evansville office as a Member in 2019. He is part of the Business Services practice group at SKO and concentrates primarily on corporate transactional law. An attorney with a distinct skill set and keen legal acumen, Ted has nearly two decades of experience that perfectly complements SKO’s commitment to service above and beyond the practice of law. He has a well-earned reputation for executing exemplary work in support of clients, the local community, and the legal profession. Ted provides effective representation for clients that spans a broad range of business activities, from succession planning to the acquisition and sale of mineral interests. In the area of Mineral & Environmental Law, Ted has helped clients navigate complex transactions involving mining developments and energy resources. He also has considerable expertise in Real Estate Law and consults on title examinations, leases, and lending documentation. Ted’s commitment to the community is reflected in his leadership roles at Wesselman Nature Society, Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana, and the Evansville Salvation Army. He has also served a multi-year tenure as a cabinet member for Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke. Previously, he was an officer and director of Vanderburgh Community Foundation, director and officer of the Old Courthouse Foundation, and director of the Evansville Bar Association.
