Alexander Staffieri is a Member of Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Louisville office and has been with the firm since 2011. A versatile attorney with substantial expertise in business and finance law, Alex contributes to multiple practice groups and handles complex business transactions. Alex represents national, regional, and community banks, along with strategic investors and borrowers. He also counsels the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority, providing documentation for many of the Authority’s financial incentive programs. Over the course of his career, Alex has been honored for his legal accomplishments with numerous recognitions, including recognition in The Best Lawyers in America (Corporate Law) and Kentucky Super Lawyers.
