Laurie Huotari Bio

Laurie Huotari serves as the firm’s Minneapolis Office Managing Partner and is a member of the Corporate practice group. She represents clients in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, company reorganizations, debt and equity financings, renewable energy project financings, governance, commercial transactions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Laurie also acts as general counsel to a variety of clients and advises entrepreneurs on choice of entity and start-up matters. While Laurie has a broad range of local and national clients, she primarily concentrates her practice in the energy, agribusiness, food, and life sciences industries.
