J. Scott Pritchard Bio

J. Scott Pritchard is a partner in the firm’s Litigation group. His practice focuses on complex business and commercial disputes, representing clients in a variety of fields including financial services, real estate, healthcare, and trust and estate matters. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of litigation, including private arbitrations, trials, and appeals in state and federal courts. Having formerly practiced in the corporate litigation group of the largest law firm in Delaware, Scott has particular expertise with shareholder class actions, corporate governance disputes, contests for control, contested mergers and acquisitions, internal investigations, and defending breach of fiduciary duty claims. In recent years, he has drawn on this expertise to guide clients facing partnership disputes in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and affordable housing industries.
