Jill Radloff concentrates her practice on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. She is known for providing leading-edge legal counsel on complex transactions for businesses in the highly regulated insurance, health care, finance, agribusiness, energy, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries. Jill serves as outside general counsel for a number of clients handling commercial contract negotiations and coordinating day-to-day legal needs. Focused on the ever-evolving health care and insurance industries, Jill handles contract, regulatory, finance, compliance and transactional issues for health plans, property and casualty insurance companies, and third party administrators. She navigates the M&A space with ease, advising public companies on SEC compliance, governance and capital market activities and negotiating stock and asset purchases, cross-border transactions and finance vehicles and transactions that require insurance regulatory approval. Jill counsels growth and venture capital firms on equity and debt financings and helps start-up and growth companies secure funding.
