Ernie Choquette Bio

Ernie is Chairman of The Stevens & Lee Companies and Stevens & Lee. He is also the Chairman of The Stevens & Lee Companies’ Executive and Investment Committees and Stevens & Lee’s Finance Committee. A member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Capital Markets Department, Ernie has more than 30 years of experience representing companies in business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures both domestically and abroad. He also represents clients in financing transactions, management buyouts and leveraged buyouts. A former General Securities Principal (FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses), Ernie is Chairman, President and CEO of Griffin Holdings Group, a financial advisory and consulting firm.
