Teresa Zueco leads the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity Practices of the Madrid office and is the office managing partner in Madrid. She practices in the areas of general corporate law, national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions for industrial companies and private equity funds. She has a special focus on private equity schemes, LBOs, MBOs, MBIs, secondary funds, special situations and distressed investments. Teresa has extensive experience advising on M&A and corporate structuring in the infrastructure and energy, transport, healthcare and hospitality sectors.
