Rudiger Herrmann is a partner in the Corporate Practice based in the Frankfurt office. He focuses his practice on key transactions in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. He has a wealth of experience advising national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, initial public offerings, intellectual property matters and private equity/venture capital trans¬actions. He has a particularly strong background in dealing with life science matters in the US, Europe, China and Taiwan. Rudiger regularly speaks on biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, private equity and M&A topics, having lectured at Bio International, Bio Europe, Bio Equity and the Venture Capital forum in London, among other conferences.
