Robert Bray is a partner in our Corporate Practice based in the London office. Robert has a wealth of experience covering all aspects of cross-border and domestic corporate work, including private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in a range of sectors including financial services, technology and fintech. Robert also provides general corporate advisory advice to clients. Robert advises a wide range of clients, from early-stage technology businesses and owner-managed businesses to public limited companies (PLCs) and large international corporates.
