Rika Beppu focuses on advising Japanese multinational companies on corporate and M&A transactions. She advises Japanese and international clients on their M&A transactions in and out of Japan, as well as supporting their day-to-day commercial projects. Rika has extensive knowledge of multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions, and is adept at leading a team of expert lawyers across the firm's network.
