Paul Lewis has more than 20 years of experience advising private and public corporations, entrepreneurs including owner managed business across many business sectors including cellular telecommunications, technology, industrial manufacturing and services including transportation of which Paul has a very deep industry knowledge. Paul is skilled in both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, bankruptcy, reconstructions and joint ventures. Paul has extensive experience of advising in emerging markets, in particular in Central and Eastern Europe and Russia.
