Jonathan Ross Bio

Jonathan Ross is a partner in the Corporate Practice, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, private equity and joint venture transactions, including in the technology, financial services and real estate/infrastructure sectors. He also advises on group reorganisations and restructures. Jonathan started his career in the corporate team of a city of London firm before relocating to Australia in 2006, where he worked in the Melbourne office of a global firm. He relocated to the UK in 2015. Jonathan has significant experience dealing with in-house legal teams and has worked in-house, completing six-month secondments with both Shell (London) and BlueScope Steel (Melbourne).
