Jeroen Sombezki Bio

Jeroen Sombezki is the co-founding and office managing partner of our newly opened Amsterdam office. He has nearly 20 years of corporate transactions experience and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance and equity capital markets. In particular, he focuses on cross-border upper mid-market transactional matters, most notably in the TMT and energy sectors.
