Hannah Kendrick Bio

Hannah Kendrick is a member of the Global Board for the firm and leads our Tier 1 ranked Corporate Practice in Leeds. She has a wide range of experience advising both public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, takeovers, restructurings and reorganisations. Hannah also leads the firm’s client-facing environmental, social and governance (ESG) focus for clients in EMEA and co-leads the UK equity capital markets group. Her work varies between UK and cross border, and she works closely with boards, executives, in-house legal teams and general counsel both in the UK and globally. Hannah was awarded Corporate Partner of the Year 2024 by Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Awards among other recognitions.
