Anthony Guillaume Bio

Anthony Guillaume is a partner in the Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Practices in the Paris office. Anthony has significant experience in private equity and M&A transactions. He advises investment funds in the context of private equity transactions (LBO, venture capital and development capital) and multinational clients in the context of their M&A transactions. He also advises management teams in the context of these transactions. Anthony has been recognised as “Best Lawyer – Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers 2021. Prior to joining the firm as partner, Anthony began his career in 2011 in the private equity and M&A departments of high-profile international law firms in Paris.
